With the upcoming publication of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows on July 21, 2007, author JK Rowling will bring to an end a truly wonderful literary series. In the next six months, we're planning to re-read the first six books we know and love, and jot our musings on all things Harry Potter here.

Let's see...he'd be 27 this year. I guess that means James and Albus are toddlers (about 3 and 2 years old) and this is probably the year Lily is born. :-)
I hope Neville celebrated lavishly too!
I was just thinking about how I'd have been a year behind Harry if I were at Hogwarts. I'm thinking I would've wound up in Ravenclaw and could definitely envision myself being good buddies with Luna. Of course, we'd mingle with the Gryffindors as much as possible! ;)
Hee! Dana was just realizing the other evening that he would have been one year behind JAMES at Hogwarts. (Shows how old we're getting...though young at heart, of course!)
I think Dana would likely be in Ravenclaw too. I'm not so sure about myself. I suspect I'm a Hufflepuff at heart, much as I might long to be part of the smart or brave crowd. :-)
I could see myself in Hufflepuff too. And I think if I was in Ravenclaw, I might find myself locked out of the common room a few times! But I can definitely relate to wandering around the school in a thoughtful haze...
